Krosswindz is a pioneering Bengali rock and folk-fusion band based in Kolkata, India. Formed in 1990, the group played a significant role in urbanizing Bengali folk music by blending it with rock, jazz, and progressive elements. Led by guitarist Vikramjit “Tuki” Banerjee and vocalist Chandrani Banerjee, they are celebrated for their energetic performances and unique sound. Krosswindz is known for Path Gechhe Benke (1996), Jhiko Jhiko (2004) and Misiki Misiki (2005).
